Pros
We love the fact it is quick and allows for us to directly integrate into our Operations Manager Implementation. The implementation is quick and easy. We had it done in 5-10 Minutes.

For the price and what you get with their applicaiton it is definetly worth the mony and they have excellent support. We have been very pleased with it so far and look to continue the integration with other systms we have in place currently and in the future.

Pros
Extremely easy to integrate with SCOM. Quick and easy to install and configure. Fast and effective. Simple to use.

That it is not free hehehe

Pros
Enterprise Alert is an extremely powerful yet easy to use application which has allowed us by more than one occasion to detect and be alerted of failures before they had gotten critical. The investment has proven well worth its price!
Cons
The Application Toolkit, which allows for that extra bit of scripting control, is no longer included in the standard application license.
