Pros
My data, anytime, one place. Previously, our Operations, Configuration, and Service Manager data and reporting had been disjointed and out of easy reach for most IT staff. Because of IT Analytics, we have all of our System Center related business intelligence in one place, where everyone who needs the data can find it themselves. It is a huge win for running Avanade’s business.

I can now track in hours what used to take days

Pros
Historically, due to budget constraints, our team has been forced to measure and track performance in creative and clumsy ways. With IT Analytics, I can now create in hours what used to take days. Not only can I access real-time data, but the data is more granular, making my metrics and measurements much more meaningful. As a result, management attention has improved significantly regarding our workload and the SLAs my team is required to meet. I depend on IT Analytics daily and could not effectively manage my System Center environment without it.
